Zion Training Academy is a recognized and accredited training institute, holding accreditations from both the Services Seta (SSETA) and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).
Established in 2019 by ESI Attorneys, the academy was founded with a vision to contribute meaningfully to the real estate industry, which is central to ESI Attorneys’ business focus.
The academy was created as a platform to empower and uplift the property sector by offering specialized training programs designed to develop highly skilled and compliant property practitioners. Zion Training Academy not only serves as a training hub for newcomers to the real estate field but also supports the continuous professional development of established property practitioners, ensuring they remain aligned with the latest regulatory and industry standards.

Facilitators
Guiding you when you need it most
Our facilitators offer over 20 years of experience in real estate and training, and are members of the IEASA board. They are highly qualified and approachable with hands-on work experience, as well as a passion for both the real estate and training industries.

After realising his love for teaching people, Charles started his facilitation career in 1996 while working for Standard Bank. He then became a facilitator, assessor and moderator in the Real Estate Industry in 2010, providing various colleges and real estate companies with training in the NQF 4 and NQF 5 Real Estate qualifications. Charles has a passion for property and currently serves as Director on the board of The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa, and is also the founder and principal of Charles Edwards Properties.

Merle Vivier
PROJECT MANAGER
Merle joined the ESI Academy in November 2021. She has 25 years of experience in the training industry in various sectors and has dealt with different SETA`s. She is passionate about training and the upskilling of people.
Merle believes strongly that good business ethics is the foundation that forms good business relationships. She enjoys spending time with family and friends braaiing and just having fun in her leisure time.

ZION Training Academy courses are presented via webinar and at our training venue in Tygervalley, Cape Town.
A map and directions will be provided on registration.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served on arrival.
